João AguiarJoão Aguiar

@Joaofgaguiar

João Aguiar is a Digital Marketing Maven, Tech Enthusiast and SEO & Advertising Manager at Mobidea.

The best side hustle you can explore is affiliate marketing…

Affiliate marketing allows you to promote offers which belong to other people and earn a commission.

You won’t have to worry about customer service, or about getting a team to work for you, or even care for product inventory; you just promote a product which belongs to someone else and earn a fee for your services.

You can make money with affiliate marketing by promoting offers to users on both mobile or desktop devices.

With the overwhelming growth of mobile users all over the globe, mobile affiliate marketing has obviously become the king of affiliate marketing in regard to the volume of traffic, with desktop losing some of its previous glory.

There are many ways to promote offers. You can use banners, video ads, interstitials, popunders, popups, and a wealth of other appealing advertisements to get people to become aware of the product you’re promoting, interested in knowing more, and eventually so excited that they click and buy.

Since affiliate marketing is all about earning a commission of the sale, this can be an inconsistent way to make a living through a great passive income.

Even so, there are many cases of super affiliates – people who devote themselves to affiliate marketing campaigns full-time and reap thousands of dollars every single month.

With knowledge of the industry and its main concepts, analytical skills, lots of patience, and determination to succeed, anyone can easily create a campaign from ground zero, launch it and start making money with affiliate marketing fast.

Matthew W. BurrMatthew W. Burr

@Burrconsulting

Matthew W. Burr is the Human Resources Consultant for Burr Consulting, LLC.

The one way I have found making money fast when work is slow is to conduct webinars…

I work with multiple webinar training providers, develop slides, and present from home. It’s easy work and you can do well based on the audience size.

Ryan O'ConnorRyan O’Connor

@OneTribeApparel

Ryan O’Connor is the owner of One Tribe Apparel, an e-commerce fashion brand that sells handmade clothes, bags & yoga accessories from Thailand.

I think the best side hustle to make money fast in 2017 is to sell on Amazon…

When we started our brand we were going only direct-to-consumer and not selling on any third-party platforms.

This year we launched on Amazon and use the FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) service, and our sales have sky rocketed.

I’ve since met and talked to many people who have a part-time or full-time job selling on Amazon. The platform has so many active consumers that it’s easy to scale and start selling and making money fast.

We sell our own products, but I know many people who buy products that are on clearance and then resell them on Amazon.

The barrier to entry is low and the opportunity is unprecedented in selling online.

Carmelo ManninoCarmelo Mannino

@_Stow_

Carmelo Mannino is the Chief Growth Officer at STOW IT, where they are trying to revolutionize the $35 billion storage industry in the U.S.

Here are my favorite side hustles for making money fast…

Fluid Market – The fluid app lets you rent household items to neighbors. Rent ladders, lawnmowers, chainsaw, bouncy castles, and even your car. It’s easy to make money, and they have a few people that have bought 5-10 trucks and are making 6 figures a year now.

STOW IT – Here at STOW IT, we call our selves the Airbnb of vehicle storage. If you have an extra garage spot, you can make about $200 a month renting it for vehicle storage. If you have land, you can make thousands a month storing trailers, boats, RVs, and cars. We have one host that is on pace to make over $20,000 this year from 2 acres of land.

Parkit.Market – If you live near a stadium, you can rent out your driveway or yard for parking. I love this one because it handles all the payments so you don’t have to stand in the cold with a sign just for a few bucks.

Jason PerkinsJason Perkins

@sdseofirm

Jason Perkins is the Founder and CEO of San Diego SEO Firm.

I like to keep my finances on a tight budget…

So when I have free time, I like to use UBER as my side hustle. In my opinion, I think it is the best way to gain quick cash. You give time to help others, while others pay you for your services. Plus, you do not have access to your money right away, because it goes straight to your bank account after someone pays you via credit card. It’s the best way to save extra cash.

Joanna DouglasJoanna Douglas

@clean_affinity

Joanna Douglas is the Owner of Clean Affinity Cleaning Service.

When I have free time over the weekend, I use LYFT…

It is similar to UBER. When my kids are off on their playdates during the weekend, I drive around picking up and dropping people off with the application. After using this application, I found that I have earned more than $1,000 in a month, and it has really helped me out with the bills.

Jason CumminsJason Cummins

Jason Cummins is the owner of a heating and cooling installation service called All Hours Air.

As a side hustle, I like to sell my photos online…

It is a great way to earn a little extra cash. Although the earnings may vary depending on the photo, I still get value for the photos that I take. I am happy to know that my photos are appreciated by a lot of people and still make money out of it.

Jugal AnchaliaJugal Anchalia

@Bonjugal

Jugal Anchalia is the Founder & CEO of JustDoc.com. He’s an electric engineer from IIT Kharagpur and previously worked with Nomura, Deutsche Bank & Tapzo. He and a close friend started JustDoc 3 years back and now it has grown into one of the largest telehealth platforms in India.

The best side hustle to make money fast is…

Blogging. I think blogging is a very powerful way to reach out to a huge number of people.

We at JustDoc initially found it very difficult to find our initial users and were bleeding money, so we started a healthcare blog and saw a lot of traffic. We monetized that traffic by displaying advertisements and pushing healthcare products to patients. The margin was very good, and in a short span of time, we were able to earn enough money to fund the growth of our core product.

Getting organic traffic from blogs is a very good way to start, because then you have multiple options to generate revenue. It might take 2-3 months to kick in, but there are a lot of tried and tested workarounds that you can use.

In addition to revenue, you also get users that you can later direct to your own product or service and build value over long run. We get thousands of patients through our blogs everyday.

And I have been earning quite a lot already, it still helps to have a side hustle. In my spare time, I like to engage in small freelance tasks. Since I know a lot about digital marketing, I am able to help a lot of people. So in return, I get paid for my services.

Amanda SparksAmanda Sparks

@EssaySupply

Amanda Sparks is a pro writer and content manager at Essay Supply, and a lifestyle writer at Huffington Post.

Basically, content writing and proofreading are one of the best side hustles I’ve ever known…

That do not require you to work physically and need only your knowledge and creativity. The sequence of actions is simple: you register at Upwork, Fiverr, or another writing company, pass several tests, and you are ready to go. Registering at Upwork and passing several tests will take you an hour or two. You can also find topical communities on social media, like groups on Facebook, where you can offer your services. Good writers and proofreaders are totally valuable these days, and you have great chances of getting work.

Why choose it?

  1. It is mental work, which is way better than handing brochures in the street.
  2. It really does not take a lot of time to start.
  3. You can build a great network of colleagues and potentially useful contacts.

David BairdDavid Baird

@gigmor

David Baird is the CEO at Gigmor.

There’s a common misconception that…

Side hustles are nothing more than a way to make some extra income in the summertime. However, it’s been found that businesses that begin as a side hustle are a third less likely to fail compared to those that launch as a full-time venture. With 44 million Americans reportedly working a side hustle, many people are turning their “passion projects” into full-time gigs.

For instance, if you have secret musical chops that you’ve always wanted to show off, a music marketplace like Gigmor could be a great fit for you. Gigmor is dedicated to connecting musicians and bands of all skill levels with venues, event planners, promoters, festivals, and other industry professionals who need to hire musicians for the next time you get the urge to perform.

Cristian RennellaCristian Rennella

@crisrennella

Cristian Rennella is the CEO & Co-Founder of MelhorEmprestimo.

During several early years of our startup…

I had to do other jobs to pay rent, taxes, and many other small expenses as the business grew.

In total I had 7 different jobs (from security guard to insurance broker), but the one that generated the best money – and also the simplest one – was working as a programmer through TopTal (or similar companies).

This turned out to be very interesting because they already have the clients with their needs and requirements to start coding, and they are also responsible for billing the client and then paying you.

In this way, you only have to code for a few hours, days, or weeks, depending on the job task you choose, and then you will receive the money without any inconvenience.

I strongly recommend it for tech entrepreneurs!

Simon SladeSimon Slade

@simonslade

Simon Slade is the CEO and Co-founder of SaleHoo.

Affiliate marketing, in which you promote others’ products for a commission, is the best side hustle for making money quickly because…

A profitable business can be created, launched, and sustained by a single individual. You can affiliate market at the simplest level by creating a single, one-page website to gather email addresses, and then you can create emails to be sent automatically through an affordable email service. Then you sit back while people sign up for your email newsletter, receive your product recommendations, and make purchases, earning you a nice commission.

Paul KogerPaul Koger

@paulkogr

Paul Koger is the founder and head trader of a NY-based proprietary day trading firm – Foxy Trades LLC.

Find something that you know how to do and go offer that as a service over at Upwork.com…

You could do article writing, editing, data mining, design, various tasks in Excel, and so on. The list of potential services to offer is almost endless. Upwork has over 20 million users, and there is a tremendous need for various tasks and skills.

This is by far the easiest method of making a quick buck or earning continuous side income in my opinion.

James R. NowlinJames R. Nowlin

@JamesNowlinTPM

James R. Nowlin is the founder and CEO of corporate consulting firm Excel Global Partners and author of The Purposeful Millionaire: 52 Rules for Creating a Life of Wealth and Happiness Now.

I chose to be a global keynote speaker as my side hustle…

I often talk about motivation, how to be more productive, and how to live a more purposeful life. I chose this side hustle because it helps me become more visible. And as I become more visible, it becomes easier to form connections. And there have been plenty of times that these connections have given me leads that eventually became long-term clients. Being a keynote speaker not only helps me earn extra cash, but it also helps me raise awareness about my company.

John MurphyJohn Murphy

@eBikeGeneration

John Murphy is a full-time corporate employee for General Electric living in a small Italian town on the coast of Liguria but he’s been aspiring to become a location-independent entrepreneur. With a passion for climate change, eBike Generation is the best of both worlds as he promotes using renewable energy and eBike Generation donates a portion of each sale to ACORE (American Council On Renewable Energy) so morally he sleeps well at night. He plans to grow his business, make it his full-time venture, and keep growing.

I launched eBike Generation this Summer. It’s an online retailer of American made electric bikes (ebikes)…

The business model I follow is dropshipping. I created the online store, struck up agreements with well-known proven ebike manufacturers, and they allow me to sell their ebikes on my store. Once I get an order, I then order the ebike from the manufacturer at wholesale price and the manufacturer ships the ebike to my customer.

The reason I chose this business model is simple: I didn’t need to purchase inventory upfront and only buy the product after making the sale, so startup capital is virtually zero. I don’t have to manage shipping or handling; in fact, my store is targeting the US market, and I live in Italy and manage everything on my phone or laptop.

The business model, if done properly, can see good earnings with very little maintenance (an hour or two a day) but can later be sold for 20 to 30 times the net monthly profit, so it can also be a good investment. To get set up online, with the help of the Shopify platform you can have a store operational in only a few hours, so once you get suppliers on board you have a business.

To be successful there is a lot to learn – email marketing, Google ad campaign management, some customer service, etc. – but it is also stuff you can pick up as you go. Two months in, and I have a profitable side hustle that I plan to make my full-time business. Lastly, a good thing to note about this business model is that if you learn to do it properly, you can rinse and repeat as many times as you like. Since the daily time it takes to manage is minimal, you could have 2, 3, or even more stores open at the same time.

Jennifer ThomasJennifer Thomas

@DrJennMD

Dr. Jenn MD is a Board certified Urologist who is also an internationally recognized author, speaker, and consultant.

One of the fastest way to make money quickly is…

To sell something you already have. EBay and Craigslist are the perfect avenues to make money quickly. Most people have products they have either used once or never, just lying around the house. You can sell these products quickly for a profit. Many times, items on these sites are sold within a few hours!

Stefanie RosenfieldStefanie Rosenfield

@stefparks

Stefanie Rosenfield is the Co-Founder of DermWarehouse, a dermatologist backed skin care and beauty e-commerce website that sells its products throughout the United States.

See your product outside of an e-commerce environment…

Even though 90% of our business comes from online, we still hold open house events for our skin care and beauty products and go to Flea Markets and other events to try and push our products. This is something we’re able to do on the weekend and in the evenings. The revenue we drive from these initiatives helps to cover a lot of our expenses, such as advertising.

Michael BanksMichael Banks

@FortunateInvest

Michael Banks is the Founder of FortunateInvestor.com.

Complete surveys with sites like Opinion Outpost or Swagbucks…

Why? You might think it’s impossible to make any money doing surveys, but today it’s easier than ever. While taking online surveys isn’t going to make you rich by any means, what makes it the best side hustle is how easy it is. Next time you’re watching mindless TV on the couch, open up your laptop and do a few surveys. It’s also fast – sites like Opinion Outpost deposit earnings directly into your PayPal, so you get paid as quickly as you can take them.

Jennifer McDermottJennifer McDermott

@findercomau

Jennifer McDermott is the Consumer Advocate for personal finance comparison website, Finder.com. She has 10 years’ experience consulting some of world’s largest brands on consumer communications strategies.

Creative freelancing is the best side gig to make money fast…

Finder’s research found this to be the number one way Americans are earning cash on the side, with 28% of people with a side hustle choosing this avenue. Creative freelancing – such as design work or copywriting – can command the highest amount of money as it requires a degree of skill and experience, which means you can charge higher rates than other side hustle jobs. It’s also easier to fit into schedules as it can be done at any time, as opposed to other side hustles such as nannying, cleaning, or driving services, which need to be completed within a dedicated timeframe. This means creative freelancers can fit more hours in and earn more money, faster.

Chandler SterlingChandler Sterling

Chandler Sterling is the Founder of California Beard Company.

I am a guy that works full time and has a side hustle…

I work a day job as a cartographer (map maker), but on nights and weekends I work on building the California Beard Company, an e-commerce business.

California Beard Company produces handmade men’s grooming products made with organic and natural ingredients. Our products such as Beard Oil, Beard Balm, and Beard Combs are unique yet actually work.

If you haven’t heard of beard oil before, it might sound crazy. But beard oil/balm is basically a conditioner for your beard, to help soften it and prevent dandruff.

I got the idea to start a side hustle because I am very into DIY and making my own stuff. I felt that I could make a better beard oil product than the ones I saw on the market, just for myself at first. Eventually, I realized that my beard oil was really great and that I could probably start a side hustle selling it. So in the summer of 2016, I founded the company and began creating a brand and cosmetics line.

My biggest mistake was probably the design of the product label. I only created one original scent for my beard oil, and the label was not designed to be flexible for other scents. People usually like to have 2-3 choices of scents, so I have had to completely redesign my labels to be more flexible, which will end up costing the company more money than if I had the foresight to do it from the start.

Also, at first I was confident I could build my own website with a web-store, but after a year of operating, I felt the need to hire an outside hand to design my site to appear more legitimate. Appearing legit is very important for online customers since they are sending us their credit card info.

A big part of the company is that we embrace sustainability and love to give back. For every product sold, we donate to plant one tree. We’ve already donated to plant over 2,500 trees this year.

Ajay PrasadAjay Prasad

@ajayprasad_

Ajay Prasad is the Founder and President of GMR Transcription.

One of the best side-hustle options is transcription…

People are always going to need transcribing services, whether it’s a student wanting a hard copy of a lecture to a business professional needing his meetings to be filed away. There are so many opportunities for transcribers, and the work can be done through a transcription company such as GMR Transcription or through freelance work.

This is also a great option for stay-at-home moms and dads who have to take care of their kids. While the kids are asleep or away, the parent can easily whip out their computer and start transcribing for some extra cash. The possibilities are endless.

Rachel CharlupskiRachel Charlupski

@babysittingco

Rachel Charlupski is the Founder of The Babysitting Company.

You can make money fast and work in amazing locations and meet great people when babysitting…

Sitters should find a reputable and fully insured company to join. The qualifications can vary, but a clear background check, drug test, CPR certification, and being over the age of 18 are a must.

Not only is it a great way to make money – professional sitters average $20+ per hour – but sitters can make connections with families that could allow for additional work or connections in other areas. They are also experiencing amazing opportunities they may not otherwise experience.

Kamila GorniaKamila Gornia

@kamilagornia

Kamila Gornia is known as the Blow Up, Scale Up Business and Marketing Coach, and founder of the Heart Behind Hustle® movement. She helps passionate, driven entrepreneurs to blow up the internet with their message and scale to big income and impact online.

Some of the best, easiest, and most profitable side hustles are anything surrounding done-for-you services…

If you’re a skilled designer, copywriter, Facebook manager, or something else – this is gold! There are thousands (if not millions) of entrepreneurs who are scratching their heads every single day, trying to figure out how to DO the marketing. They might get support and coaching, but at the end of the day, if they don’t DO it, they don’t see results. This is highly profitable because, as for any done-for-you service, you get to charge high ticket prices for the work, plus you can do it literally anytime you desire. And if you do a good job? Hello referrals!

William SwiftWilliam Swift

William Swift is a manager of marketing department in a mattress company. He shared several useful sleeping tips and knowledge about mattress on OhMattress.com.

Based on my experience, the best side hustle is…

Online freelancing. I’m manager of the marketing department of our company and often hire freelancers to write articles. These days, SEO writing is one of most popular ways to make money in online freelancing. Some freelancers we hire have made $10,000 on the side. It’s a great side hustle for all because it doesn’t require any special skills or knowledge. You just need to create accounts on sites like iFreelance and Upwork.

Andrew SchrageAndrew Schrage

@MoneyCrashers

Andrew Schrage is the CEO at Money Crashers.

One of the best side hustles to make money fast would be…

To advertise your skills or talents on a website like Fiverr. As the name implies, many jobs or requests for work to be done only cost $5, but you can actually list your work abilities for more than that. Depending upon how in demand your skill set is and how talented you are, it is possible to generate cash rather quickly. The reason being is that most of the folks wanting work done need it completed usually in the short term. A second option would be to sell your no-longer-needed items on eBay or possibly Amazon. If you have a lot of stuff lying around in your closets and drawers, such as small electronics, college textbooks and other books, and really just about anything, you can flip them fast for quick money if you know what you’re doing. The key to this would be to price your items to sell.

Robert MeningRobert Mening

@RobMening

Robert Mening is a freelance web developer and the founder of the site WebsiteSetup.org, which he started because he is on a mission to help as many people as possible build their own gorgeous websites as cheaply as possible.

I always tell people that if they are willing to put in the time and effort…

Blogging is one of the best ways to make a lot of passive income online in a legitimate manner. Not only that, but with blogging you have the chance to actually help people with the knowledge you have on whatever topic you are an expert in. But of course blogging is no way to make money fast; in fact, few people make any money because it takes serious effort over a long period of time to become a success.

So while you are working on a long-term project like blogging, you obviously need to put food on your table and a roof over your head. For this, I’ve found the fastest way to make money is to simply take advantage of the skills you already possess as a freelancer.

Everybody has a skill in something. For example, let’s say your day job is working for a company as a web developer. All you need to do is sign up with a website like Upwork.com, setup a profile listing the skills you have, along with examples of your previous work, and start bidding on jobs. You can literally get your first paying job by this evening.

This can work with whatever skills you have. Whether you are an accountant or a graphic designer, there are people and companies out there that are willing to pay you good money for your skills.

Okay, so some of you are probably going to say, “But Robert, I don’t have any skills.” Well, my friend, if you’re reading this, then you have the ability to read and write. These are two valuable skills that companies out there are looking for in the fashion of a proofreader and a freelance writer.

Now, if you’ve got no experience, then don’t expect to make a ton of money overnight, but you will get paid and this amount will only increase as you improve your skills over time… to the point where your side hustle could even turn into a full-time business!

Lexi MontgomeryLexi Montgomery

@miamidarling

Lexi Montgomery is the Founder of Darling Web Design, a digital agency that specializes in scaling & creating a profitable web presence for businesses. After witnessing sexism in tech first-hand and being told she should be an escort, Lexi decided to incorporate her experience into her brand. Darling’s provocative branding challenges the status quo of the male-dominated tech space, and simultaneously provides valuable, long-lasting results.

The best side-hustle is subletting space in your home, apartment, or office…

Especially for entrepreneurs and business owners. If you’re already leasing multiple spaces (i.e. home & office), this hustle will kill two birds with one stone. You can sublet one space or a portion of the space, while spending more time in the other. Subletters will pay a premium because for whatever reason, they’re unable to get their own place, and there are a plethora of them. Subletting also allows you to maintain 100% focus on your business without having to split your attention. Plus subletters make decent minimum wage employees and the relationship has the potential to develop into something greater.

Neka WilliamsNeka Williams

Neka Williams is a virtual assistant and virtual assistant coach at Neka Said.

The best single hustle is providing virtual assistant services…

You can do it from your home without any money to start. I worked with three clients within 10 days of starting and made $600. One of my clients I still work with today. I love the flexibility of it and you can scale it into an at least a 5-figure side hustle.

The content is not only motivational, but it provides straightforward and actionable steps that can be put into practice. If you are looking to work from home, this is the blog for you.

The best side hustle to make money quickly is to start completing on-demand tasks…

Now, you may be thinking, “I don’t want to be an Uber or delivery driver,” and that’s 100 percent okay. Being an on-demand worker is so much more than being a driver.

The on-demand economy is a way to quickly provide services, whether it be writing, dog walking, internet research, running errands, or renting out your home or room without having a set schedule or long interview process. With on-demand work, you apply as an independent contractor, and as soon as you’re approved, you can start renting and working on a wide variety of tasks and projects.

The majority of these platforms are free to use, and payments are made quickly. For instance, if you decide to drive for Uber you can get paid up to five times a day with their Instant Pay platform. Airbnb releases your payment approximately 24 hours after a guest’s scheduled check-in time. Other platforms like Instacart, Shipt, and FancyHands offer weekly payments.

Some of these platforms have set fee schedules, while others allow you to name your price. The great thing about on-demand gigs is you can apply on multiple platforms which allows you to diversify your income streams so you’re never having to rely on just one side hustle for income.

Bryan ClaytonBryan Clayton

@bryanMclayton

Bryan Clayton is the CEO of GreenPal, which is best described as Uber for Lawn Care.

Our system has over 5,500 vendor partners in seven states throughout the county…

Many of our lawn care vendors are part-timers some are fireman, some teachers that use our app in the summer to make extra money, and others are college students that work afternoons and weekends, and it is the perfect way for them to make extra money.

Our average, a vendor makes around $55 per hour mowing lawns on our system.

As an added bonus, mowing lawns is great exercise and can burn up to 500 calories per hour. It’s the perfect healthy side gig to do for an hour to a day.

They set their own hours and pick the clients they want to work for. It is the perfect side job.

So my advice to people looking to cross the chasm between side gig and full-time business is to look for a marketplace that has a focus on their niche to drive demand.

@LynAldenContact

Lyn Alden, 30, located in Atlantic City, is the founder of Lyn Alden Investment Strategy, where she provides market research to individual investors and financial professionals with a focus on income-generating investments.

The best side hustle to make money fast is…

To do freelance work with a skill you already have that requires little or no startup capital or time.

Freelance writing and freelance coding or web design are two obvious choices for people with the relevant skillsets. There are already large platforms where freelancers can sign up to find work right away, and if you build a portfolio of top-quality work and seek out more lucrative private deals, you can greatly increase your hourly rate with regular customers.

Gene CaballeroGene Caballero

@gene_caballero

Gene Caballero is a co-founder of GreenPal, which has been described as Uber for lawn care.

Mowing grass part-time can be very lucrative…

Lawn care pros can earn up to $30-$40 per hour by cutting grass, and this can all be done in the evening or even just on the weekends. We have some part-time vendors on our platform that earn an additional $45k per year by cutting grass part-time.

Before my corporate career, I mowed lawns to pay for college and I was able to make $25k per year mowing after class and on the weekends.

Anyone can get stared with a few hundred bucks and some sweat equity.

Michael TidwellMichael Tidwell

Michael works a full-time job while managing several Side Hustles. His most successful side hustle is an e-commerce business that brings in more than his day job. He loves the variety that side hustling offers.

The single best side hustle is retail arbitrage…

You purchase clearance product at a local retailer (Target, Walmart, Lowe’s store) and you resell them on Amazon or Ebay. It easy and quick to get started.

Sydney LiuSydney Liu

@Sydney_Liu_sl

Sydney Liu is the Co-founder of Commaful, a short story website where people share fanfiction, short poetry, and more.

The best side hustles are the businesses that have high margins and get to profitability/release very quickly…

One way to do this is to look already successful services and adapt it to your niche. One example would be selling services for designing Snapchat filters or building an agency around Snapchat for events and brands. Build a number of templates that are miles better than the defaults already offered. Agencies for design and advertising exist already and are very lucrative businesses. Because Snapchat is so new, you can break into the niche without a ton of competition. There is no upfront cost for this kind of business, and every subsequent deal you do becomes more profitable for you as you build a bigger base of templates to work off of.

Gregory GolinskiGregory Golinski

@ypsuk

Gregory Golinski is a Digital Marketing Executive for YourParkingSpace. He enjoys web design, writing, and languages.

In my opinion, the best way to earn a side income is to…

Invest in one or several parking spaces and rent them to drivers on a daily or monthly basis.

You should buy a parking space in an area that’s in demand, in a city where good parking spots are difficult to find, and expensive. Buying a parking space is less expensive than buying a house or apartment, but it can be quite lucrative if it’s strategically located. You just need to advertise it on online parking marketplaces to connect with drivers and earn money.
