Hi all! My name is Victoria Cutsforth, I am on the Customer Success team here at Wonolo, sitting in Nashville TN, and I have been with Wonolo cumulatively for a little over 2.5 years and on the Customer Success team for a little over 1.5 years.
What’s the most exciting challenge you’ve solved at Wonolo?
One of the bigger roles that Customer Success plays at Wonolo is problem or challenge solving and finding creative solutions, so it’s a little hard to just pick one! That being said, I am currently really excited to be creative problem solving with one of our newer partners. They are what Wonolo considers a “distributed customer” with a multitude of locations, so having the opportunity to build out processes to ensure each location is supported in addition to continuing to build a rich customer relationship has been greatly rewarding!
What’s the next skill want to learn?
As my career progresses here at Wonolo, I am really looking forward to the opportunity to hone my leadership skills! I have had (and still have!) wonderful mentors who have greatly influenced and supported me, so my hope is that I am able to return even a fraction of that support to newer folks as the Customer Success team grows!
What’s one perk of working from home?
One of the biggest perks of working from home has to be flexibility! While this may seem small, having the ability to throw in a load of laundry between calls or time to actually cook/make my meals instead of forgetting my lunch on my way out the door or jamming all my big chores into one weekend day has greatly improved my work/life balance and my quality of life!
If you really knew me, you would know that…
I am a pretty avid reader. Sometimes I’m known to finish a good book in one sitting…even if that means staying up into the wee hours of the morning to do so! I am also a little “old school” and greatly prefer physically holding a book as opposed to an e-book, so my bookshelf is a little packed these days!
