The safety and well‑being of everyone who uses Wonolo is always our priority. We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID‑19) situation and are taking steps to help keep our communities safe.

Steps we are taking

We have created an awareness badge to ensure our Wonoloer community understands symptoms of the virus and best practices for reducing the spread outlined by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Wonoloers receive a health status survey regarding COVID-19 symptoms prior to each job.

Any Wonoloer who is diagnosed with coronavirus or is individually asked to self‑isolate by a public health authority may receive financial assistance for up to 10 days while their account is on hold. View details below in the Wonoloers FAQ section.

Any Wonoloer feeling ill or having been in close contact with others feeling ill is able to withdraw from a job at any point without any penalty.
