All payments are made through the Wonolo app. You can choose whether you want to be paid directly into a bank account or debit card when onboarding. Wonoloers are paid per shift and generally receive payment 1-5 business days after a job is completed. However, in some cases payment can take longer.

We understand that life events can disrupt your plans, so if you can’t make it to a job, please make sure to immediately withdraw from the job in the Wonolo app. Your opportunities to find future work through Wonolo may be limited if you fail to show up to a job or withdraw with less than 12 hours’ notice.

“Wonoloer” is a word we use to describe people finding work on the Wonolo platform. Come be part of a community!

Wonolo provides a flexible way to work where and when you want. Once you’re cleared to accept jobs, you can work anywhere Wonolo is available as long as you meet the requirements for that specific job.

Some jobs on the Wonolo app are for employment and others are for independent contractors. A Wonoloer can accept jobs posted by business seeking employees or those seeking independent contractors. Per IRS guidelines, all Wonoloers will receive the required tax documents (i.e., a 1099-MISC and/or a Form W-2) by the end of January following the year you worked.
