Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to process my pay?
Payments typically take 1-5 business days from when a job is completed to reflect on your account. However, in some cases, they can take longer as jobs need to be approved by the Requestor first before the payment can be processed. Click here to view the rest of the response.
How do I contact the Requestor during my job?
Once you accept a job, you can contact the Requestor through Wonolo's in-app messaging feature at any time up until the job has been approved. In addition, Requestors may sometimes include contact information for an on-site contact person from the business in the description of the job. Click here to view the rest of the response.
Why should I earn badges?
Wonolo badges empower you to show off your knowledge and skills to Requestors. Some Wonolo jobs may require specific badges in order to accept them.
